WHAT IS IT?
Every month, we gather around a sticky topic - a theme that’s touchy, heavy, or hard to talk about, suggested by our community of practice. Instead of getting stuck in ruts of our rational brains, we play through the layers of complexity, doing embodied research through games and reflective activities.
Drawing from practices from Playback theater, Interplay, Theater of the Oppressed, Internal Family Systems, and public playgrounds, we weave together a flow of activities that help us unpack and explore these themes. The container we set creates safety for all emotions to flow - not just laughter, but also grief, rage, and deep revelation.
